Ed B Robinson was one of several American companies in the 1930’s to bring woman’s handbags to the American market. Walborg, and  Rosenfeld were better know. All used European designed elements from France, Austria and Italy.

I discovered Ed B Robinson‘s handbags when beautiful French designed purse frames were being sold on eBay. I asked a few questions, and after buying several, I was rewarded by learning about the company, their purses, including their design evolution and construction.
